Web-first flow

Everything is done in the dashboard: create, configure, and deploy.

Guild-aware

Always confirm you’re on the correct server before deploying.

Fast deploy

Pick a channel, deploy, and verify with a quick test click.

Prerequisites (front-end)
Access

You can log into the web panel with your Discord account.

Correct guild

Use the guild selector to confirm you are on the target server.

Destination ready

Have a channel/category in Discord where the panel should be posted.

Roles & logs

Know which support role to use and which log channel should receive updates.

Step-by-step (web only)
1
Sign in. Open the web panel URL → “Login with Discord” → authorize.
2
Select guild. Use the top-left guild selector; confirm you’re on the right server.
3
Create or open a panel. Dashboard → Panels → “Create Panel” or pick an existing one.
4
Choose ticket destination. Set the ticket category/channel for new tickets.
5
Configure options. Add buttons/select options (e.g., Support, Billing). Set labels/emoji/categories per option if available.
6
Set roles and logging. Pick the support role and log channel so staff can see tickets and logs record activity.
7
Customize messages. Panel message (what users see) and ticket welcome message (first message inside a ticket).
8
Deploy. Click “Deploy Panel”, choose the target Discord channel, and confirm. Wait for the success toast.
9
Test. In Discord, click the panel button. Ensure the ticket channel is created in the right category with the welcome message visible.
Troubleshooting
No success toast

Re-open Deploy Panel, reselect the channel, and retry.

Wrong server

Change the guild via the top-left selector, then redeploy.

Category missing

Create the category in Discord, refresh the panel, then select it.

Logs not posting

Ensure a log channel is selected before deploying.

Maintenance tips
Re-deploy after edits

If you change panel text or options, deploy again to update the posted message.

Keep options consistent

Use clear labels and order so staff and users know what to pick.

Note the destination

Record which channel the panel was deployed to for future updates.
